Prayers to end Coronavirus

Please pray with me to end the Coronavirus pandemic throughout the world. May God’s healing hand and his intervention end this now.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done,
on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Most holy apostle, St. Jude,
faithful servant and friend of Jesus,
the Church honors and invokes you universally,
as the patron of hopeless cases,
of things almost despaired of.
Pray for me,
I am so helpless and alone.
Make use I implore you,
to bring visible and speedy help where help is almost despaired of.
Come to my assistance in this great need
that I may receive the consolation and help of heaven
in all my necessities,
tribulations, and sufferings, particularly –

to end the Coronavirus pandemic

and that I may praise God with you and all the elect forever.
I promise, O blessed St. Jude,
to be ever mindful of this great favor,
to always honor you as my special and powerful patron,
and to gratefully encourage devotion to you.

Amen.

Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.

For the sake of His sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world. x10

Holy God, Holy Mighty One, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us and on the whole world.

Almighty God, who forgive the sins of your people and heal all their faults, you who call the Lord our healer and sent your beloved Son to bear our sickness, look upon us who stand humbly before You. We pray to You in this time of plague and need, remember Your love and kindness that You have always shown to Your people in times of tribulation. Just as You graciously looked upon Aaron’s atonement and stopped the plague that broke out, just as You accepted David’s sacrifice and commanded the destroying angel to withdraw his hand, accept also today our prayer and sacrifice and show us mercy. Keep this disease away from us, allow those affected to be healed, protect those who have been preserved from it so far by Your goodness, and do not let the plague spread any further.

Holy Mary, health of the sick, pray for us!

Saint Corona, pray for us!

Saint Sebastian, pray for us!

Saint Roch, pray for us!

Amen!

Prayer for the Lord Jesus Christ to help all the peoples of the earth to defeat this virus.

Lord, Jesus Christ, have you traveled towns and villages " treating all sickness and infirmities."

At your command, the sick were healed.

Come now to our aid, during this pandemic so that we may experience your love that heals.

Heal those who are sick

May they regain strength and health thanks to assistance

Heal us from our fear,

Heal us from our pride,

Lord, Jesus Christ, have you traveled towns and villages " treating all sickness and infirmities."

At your command, the sick were healed.

Come now to our aid, during the pandemic so that we may experience your love that heals.

Lord, Jesus Christ, healer of all, stand by us in this time of uncertainty and sorrow.

Be beside those who left us because of this virus May they rest with you, in your eternal peace.

Be beside the families of the sick and the victims. In their concern and suffering, defend them from sickness and despair. May they experience your peace.

Be next to doctors, nurses, researchers and all health professionals who, taking risks for themselves, try to cure and help those affected. May they know your protection and peace.

Be beside leaders of all nations. Grant them foresight to act with charity and true urgency for the well-being of the people they are called to serve.
Give them wisdom, to help their people overcome this moment of real difficulty.

Lord, Jesus Christ, stay close to us, as we resist and mourn give us strength to overcome difficulties, your peace
and your love.

Lord Jesus Christ heal us.

I pray that the Lord makes this virus dissipate and that He grants a full recovery to everyone who is currently infected. Amen.

Praying with everyone.

Praying for this intention.

Amen.

For an End to COVID-19

Father of Mercy and Health,
We humbly ask You to: help scientists and politicians
work together to stop the spread of the illness; cure
those who have contracted this condition; protect
the elderly and others at risk of dying; calm peoples’
hearts and quell their panic; and for ordinary people
to take all precautions to avoid catching this disease.

Through Christ Our Lord, Who lives and reigns with You
and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.
