Presupposing the sacraments of initiation

In the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Paragraph 1563 states:

Hence the priesthood of priests, while presupposing the sacraments of initiation, is nevertheless conferred by its own particular sacrament.

Please explain.

The sacraments of initiation are:
First Communion

In order to become a priest, one must have personally experienced these three sacraments; nevertheless, the ordination to the priesthood is a sacrament of its own.
