Pro-Life Women Win Massive Victories in Congress, Double Their Numbers in the House

Voters elected a record-number of pro-life women to Congress on Tuesday, including 13 new pro-life Republicans who will be filling seats in the U.S. House.
The Susan B. Anthony List, a leading pro-life organization that invested $52 million into supporting pro-life candidates, celebrated the victories for life.
“The surge of victorious pro-life women candidates in the U.S. House is a stunning blow to Nancy Pelosi and her pro-abortion agenda,” its president, Marjorie Dannenfelser, said. “So far, we have more than doubled the number of pro-life women in the House, with more races to be called. Seven pro-life women candidates flipped pro-abortion Democrat-held seats.”
Take away the controversial race for the presidency, the races went pretty well. There was no blue wave. Things won’t change overnight; but here we have newly elected Reps from generally blue states (MN, ILL, NY, NM, MI) to more traditional Red State strongholds.
So, we’ll have to see what we can do. I think the GOP increased House seats but the DNC held on to control. Not all of the news is bad.
