Prohibitions of Synod of Zamosc

For the Byzantine tradition, the Synod of Zamosc (1720) prohibited the use of the sponge and the zeon (hot water) in the Divine Liturgy. This decision was reversed so that use is allowed.

Does the non-Latin Catholic Church parish you attend use the zeon and sponge, just zeon, just sponge, or neither?
