#1

Tensions between opposition and government MPs came to a deadlock on Friday when the parliamentary speaker excluded from debate an opposition MP who had raised the issue of the media restrictions during a debate on Friday. As a result, opposition MPs stormed the rostrum, bringing the debate to a close. Several dozen of them have since been staging a sit-it protest in the plenary hall. They announced the protest will last until Tuesday.thenews.pl/1/9/Artykul/285103,Protests-in-Poland-enter-third-day

A biased but interesting article on Poland's government from the far left Guardian [theguardian.com/world/2016/feb/16/conspiracy-theorists-who-have-taken-over-poland](https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/feb/16/conspiracy-theorists-who-have-taken-over-poland)
