psalm 139:8

“…if I lie down in Sheol, you are there too.”
How can be explained this verse?

God is everywhere, or, to be more precise, everywhere is inside God.

Sheol is not Hell, if that is what is causing confusion for you: Sheol, like Hades, is in early Jewish belief a desolate place to which the spirits of the dead go. Hell, on the other hand, is a place of punishment.
