Psalm 38 in the LOTH


As this is Friday of Week II in the psalter of the LOTH, once again the OOR had Psalm 38. How do some of you read and/or interpret this psalm? For me, I feel it is a prayer of my fellow alcoholics and drug addicts who have not yet been able to get into recovery. I join my voice to theirs in praying for God's help and grace:gopray2:


That's a wonderful thing about the Psalter--everything is in it.

It's not for nothing that it's the basic Prayer Book of the Church, or that its recitation is the basis of the Divine Office.
