This is a question for those from the Orthodox Church. I have been reading about the difference in Catholism and Orthodoxy regarding Heaven and Hell and want to check I have it right.

Orthodoxy believe after death people’s soul either goes to the bosom of Abraham (paradise), or hades. The prayers for the dead can be efficacious for souls in either state. So does this mean those in hades may beable to go the Heaven in the general judgement? No human is definitely bound for hell until the general judgement? Mary who was assumed bodily is with God in heaven rather than in paradise. Does this also apply to other people in the bible who were taken up bodily? What about the Saints, are they in paradise or in Heaven in soul but not body?
