Question about Commandment #5 for those suffering with scruples

Hi so here is the fifth commandment for those with scruples…

5. You shall not hesitate to look at any crucifix or at any* statue *in church or at home or anywhere else because you may get bad thoughts in your mind and imagination. If such thoughts occur, they carry no sin whatever.

Does this rule only apply to religious images or does it apply to secular things too (no immodesty or porn of course)?

The crucifix is of course always religious…
As for other statues…I think that it would apply to both religious statues as well as non-religious sculptures and such.

Peace
James

EDIT:

The Rule specifies statues found everywhere, so I image it applies to all good and decent statues.
