Question in regards to Piracy

#1

So I understand piracy on music and video games is stealing because you are denying the company the money they would have received had you bought it. If a company however stops selling said product, is it stealing to pirate it as you are no longer denying them the money they would have received?

Yes, because there are still copyright(s) involved. There is still such a thing as royalties.

Yes.

They own it. They have the rights to sell or not sell it. You do no gain rights to it just because they choose not to distribute it.
