QUICK - need a short baptism scripture for my son

My son will be baptized next Sunday (January 2nd) and it was all planned yesterday.

Long story short, the priest who married my husband and I and baptized our daughter passed away in August. He was a long time (60+ years) friend of my in-laws family. With the timing of everything my sons baptism had been pushed off, and he’s now 7 months old (my daughter was baptized by the time she was 3 months old). My son will be having surgery to remove a cyst in January and now we’re in the mad rush of having this performed prior to his surgery. I am looking for a short verse that I can have on his cake, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks!

How short? what about something like… “all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ.” Galatians 3:27

God bless :slight_smile:

How about: Ephesians 4:5
’One Lord, one faith, one baptism.'

“Suffer little children” - Matthew 19:14.

I have called you by name: you are mine. - Isaiah 43:1

Beautiful, Phemie!

It’s what my friend put on her granddaugther’s cake. :slight_smile:

We have a winner! :clapping::clapping::clapping:
