Receiving Holy Communion in a State of Grave Sin

If one were to recieve Holy Communion in a state of mortal sin, when they go to confession do they confess to receiving Holy Communion in a state of grave sin or say I have committed sacrilege (a certain number) of times?

Be more specific and say I received Holy Communion in a state of mortal sin. Also mention the number.

Does grave sin mean mortal sin or grave matter?

Mortal sin

Sacrilegious communions need to be confessed. Give your best estimation of the number with a sincere heart.

‘Sacrilegious communion’ should be fine and to the point.
