religious music exchange

#1

Would anyone be interested in posting links to religious music of their choosing?

I figure this is the Non-Catholic Religions forum, so music of various Christian traditions may be freely introduced by people. (I don't want to share non-Catholic music on a Catholic-only forum and "invade" their space. ;) )

I've been listening to a lot of Will Reagan and United Pursuit Band lately. I love Reagan's "Set A Fire".

"Break Every Chain" is awesome!

Both links below are of the same song -- different renditions.

youtube.com/watch?v=EHa0ZEXDNYY
No musical instruments --- just voices

youtube.com/watch?v=K-fw6MoqrN0
With stringed instrument and (non-electric) guitar --- more folksy-sounding

  1. There is a fountain filled with blood
    drawn from Emmanuel's veins;
    and sinners plunged beneath that flood
    lose all their guilty stains.
    Lose all their guilty stains,
    lose all their guilty stains;
    and sinners plunged beneath that flood
    lose all their guilty stains.

  2. The dying thief rejoiced to see
    that fountain in his day;
    and there may I, though vile as he,
    wash all my sins away.
    Wash all my sins away,
    wash all my sins away;
    and there may I, though vile as he,
    wash all my sins away.

  3. Dear dying Lamb, thy precious blood
    shall never lose its power
    till all the ransomed church of God
    be saved, to sin no more.
    Be saved, to sin no more,
    be saved, to sin no more;
    till all the ransomed church of God
    be saved, to sin no more.

  4. E'er since, by faith, I saw the stream
    thy flowing wounds supply,
    redeeming love has been my theme,
    and shall be till I die.
    And shall be till I die,
    and shall be till I die;
    redeeming love has been my theme,
    and shall be till I die.

  5. Then in a nobler, sweeter song,
    I'll sing thy power to save,
    when this poor lisping, stammering tongue
    lies silent in the grave.
    Lies silent in the grave,
    lies silent in the grave;
    when this poor lisping, stammering tongue
    lies silent in the grave.
