Reparation for sin and other faiths

Other than most Episcopalians, are there any other faiths that believe in reparation for sin?

Buddhism and Hinduism believe in KARMA. Karma has two meanings: it refers to the spiritual principle of cause and effect where intent and actions of an individual (cause) influence the future of that individual (effect), but it also means works, deeds and prayers to repair what was done to ones future.
