Saint Andrew and the Patriarchate of Constantinople

With the Supreme Pontiff and the Patriarch of Constantinople having met recently, I wondered about the following question: How certain is it that Saint Andrew the Apostle founded the Church at Constantinople compared to Saint Peter doing so at Rome?

I gather there is some controversy over the former, while Saint Peter founding the Roman Church is conceded by both Catholics and Orthodox.

Perhaps this thread can provide some insight.
