I compiled this little list mostly from memory.

We are saved by:

His blood,

Eight were saved by water,

the cross

inherit eternal by love

by His mercy

by His Life

by grace

by grace through faith

by hope

by the power of the Gospel

by His mercy

by the Lord

Any further help is more than welcomed.

THANKS!

From 1 Timothy 4:16

Attend to yourself and to your teaching; persevere in both tasks, for by doing so you will save both yourself and those who listen to you.

We are also saved through our perseverance in the faith. Perseverance till the end is necessary for salvation.

DOING THE FATHER’S WILL: “Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the
kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father” Matthew 7:21

DOING GOOD WORKS: “[God] will render to every man according to his deeds” Romans
2:6

“A person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone”
James 2:24.

FORGIVE; DO NOT JUDGE; DO NOT CONDEMN: “Do not judge, and you will not be judged; do not condemn, and you will not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven; give, and it will be given to you. Luke 6:37

ANOINTING OF THE SICK: Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up; and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. James 5:15

EUCHARIST: “I am the living bread that came down from heaven. Whoever eats of this bread will live forever” John 6:51

Boomerang,

Sounds like you’re into works. (not that you shouldn’t be)
Do you think you must have faith first?

Could you explain the annointing of the sick in your list? I don’t understand.

Thanks.
