2 seconds on google found this:D: Servants Minor of St. Francis 1124 Jackson St., Scranton, PA 18504 (570) 344-7442.

It also seems they are an SSPX offshoot of some sort.

I found their name on this link (so i don't think they're allied with SSPX.

Judging from the list on FE, which labels them as “independent”, my guess is that they are not approved by a particular bishop. You must always have the approval of the bishop to be a canonical community of any kind.

Once you have the approval of the bishop, you are called either a diocesan community or a public association.

Fraternally,

I dont think they exist anymore. They were formed in the diocese of Scranton but their founder had issues and I believe it was dissolved.

The Servants Minor of St. Francis were an appoved group of Fransican friars started by Father Gabriel Tetherow in the Scranton area. They are defunct, as “Father” Tetherowe disbanded them back in 2003. Tetherowe, Father Gabriel, or Virgil Tetherow, as he has known, was found guilty of downloading kiddy porn to a church’s computer. The Bishop told him he is not to be in publc dressed as a priest, nor does he have the faculties to do so. He operates an “Independent” church in York, PA and he is in schism. I was a member of St. Michael the Archangel parish in scranton, when they used to be active. was a huge shocker to me when they suddenly disbanded back in 2003.
