That does not surprise me. I have they carry on with their objections.
The court seems to take a position that the founder of the company gave up his religious liberty by incorporating. I find this troubling, and doubt that the authors of the first amendment thought that religious liberty could be so easily lost. Presumably, if he privatized the company, he could regain his religious liberty?
It must be 32 - 6 for HHS mandate cases that have won in court compared to those have not.
