Shopping on the Sabbath?

“In those days I saw in Juda some treading the presses on the Sabbath, and carrying sheaves, and lading asses with wine, and grapes, and figs, and all manner of burthens, and bringing them into Jerusalem on the Sabbath day. And I charged them that they should sell on a day on which it was not lawful to sell.” 2 Esdras 13:17 (Nehemias)

So given this quotation is it a sin to shop, or sell on the Sabbath? Thinking particaularly in regards to grocery stores, and resturants; since the quote pertains to food. But, aso in general for shopping on the Sabbath.:nope:

We don't observe the Sabbath, we observe The Lord's' unless you are subject to the Law, shop 'til you drop on Saturday!

Jesus did work on the Sabbath too. As He said, the Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
