Should birth control be illegal?


Yeah, since 16yos in most states aren’t considered old enough to consent to sex, I hardly see how they are old enough to consent to abortion, particularly with multiple adults coercing her.


For those of you saying “it will never be illegal!”, remember that a few centuries ago people thought slavery would never be illegal either.


But condoms are hardly going to evoke the same emotional and intellectual response that slavery does


One would think so. Yet Condoms and all it’s derivatives are blamed for all kinds of evils on here…


My main point in that post was that society isn’t static, and the way people think now might not be how they think in 20 years.

As for what I think, I’d only like to criminalize abortion-causing contraceptives (such as the Plan B pill).
