Sin against the Holy spirit.

CCC1864 says: "Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven."136 There are no limits to the mercy of God, but anyone who deliberately refuses to accept his mercy by repenting, rejects the forgiveness of his sins and the salvation offered by the Holy Spirit.137 Such hardness of heart can lead to final impenitence and eternal loss”.

What is basphemy or sin against the Spirit that never can be forgiven?

“Blasphemy against the Spirit” is the refusal to ask for forgiveness. It is a refusal to repent.

It is the Holy Spirit who convicts us of our sins, for the purpose of repentence. So if he makes us aware of sin, yet we refuse to repent, then it becomes an unforgivable sin. Of course, once we do repent, it can beforgiven.
