Sleep Paralysis Would you guys mind saying a prayer for me

#1

I’ve been having Sleep Paralysis every night & most mornings for 2 weeks. Last night I had sleep paralysis 11 times & 2 times this morning. Needless to says I don’t sleep much at night because of this. Its normal for me to have sleep paralysis, I’ve been having it since I was 18. Usually it doesn’t bother me, bbecause it only happened a few times a week. But having it this often is. Thanks:)

I work all night tonight - I’ll pray a rosary during one of my breaks that you sleep well. Best wishes.

From today’s Liturgy of the Hours:

Prayers and Intercessions

Let us proclaim the praises of the Word of God, who came to throw all our sins into the sea and drown them. Therefore let us pray to him with confidence:

  • Lord, show us your loving kindness.

Eternal High Priest, you came into this world and instituted a perfect worship:
through your Church, make all men share in it.
Healer of soul and body, you came to cure us all of our sickness:
give health and strength to those who are ill.
Your birth is a cause for everyone to rejoice:
bring happiness to those afflicted by sorrow and sin.
Mighty King, you broke the fetters of our ancient slavery:
remember those in prison and loosen their bonds.
By your coming you became a wide-open gate into heaven:
through that gate, let the dead enter.

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

O God, you give light to all nations: give your people the joy of everlasting peace.
You illuminated the minds of our forefathers with your light:
may our hearts be filled with it also.

Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son,
who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit,
God for ever and ever.
Amen.
