What do you mean by final professions?

How refreshing to see these young women commit their lives to Christ! What an example for the rest of us, eh?!

I remember when my cousin took her final vows at St. Cecilia’s, It was so beautiful! Those Dominicans really have it going on!

Perpetual professions. I use ‘final’ as it’s shorter. Final vows. The ones you take after temporary, or called in men’s Benedictine orders, and maybe others, simple vows.

Vows for life.
