Is there a record of the Papal and Bishop’s succession dating back to Peter, Paul, Ignatius?

There is a record for Peter and Ignatius.

Peter: newadvent.org/cathen/12272b.htm

Ignatius: en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_Patriarchs_of_Antioch

There’s not one for Paul because he didn’t occupy an episcopal chair, he was a traveling missionary-bishop and that position didn’t have just one individual successor.

The five major Sees, Rome, Jerusalem, Antioch, Alexandria, and Constantinople have lists of successors. I don’t think any others do, but some metropolitan dioceses might, like Lyons, France for example. (I’ve never checked.)
