Tax evasion analogous to Vatican 2 evasion?

#1

Aren’t We are obliged under honor to authority to pay respects to both?

#2

Doesn’t The assent to righteous authority works in both instances?

Mark 12:1

“Render therefore to Caesar the things that are Caesar’s, and to God the things that are God’s.”

i was just wondering, just now, in responding to a new chatter on a pope thread, what chaos would ensue if we did not have a pope who had supreme authority in the church.

would we all swim between the flags or get stuck in a rip

#9

Probably like the Orthodox they have quite a few break offs and branches.

Not comparable obviously to Protestantism but more like our SSPX or Sedevacantist sects.

#10

#11

Well I hope it isn’t liturgical dancing. :rage::smoking:

#12

#13

Are you saying if we question our Civil Authorities we should question the authority of Vatican II?

If this is about your 2018 tax return I can’t help you with that buddy I go to take preparation service.
