Although the Apocalypse of Peter is not included in the canon of Sacred Scripture, does the Catholic Church accept it as part of the teaching of the Magisterium, being the writings of the first Pope?
It could be the Magisterium has not declared.
It was largely ignored by the early Church fathers.
I wouldn’t suspect so at all. Petrine authorship is seriously doubted. Date of authorship seems to be a couple of generations following Peter’s martyrdom. It’s an interesting piece of non-canonical, sub-New Testament literature – but that’s about all.
