The Global Presidential Poll: India

73% of respondents in India polled would be interested in moving to America if economic and political barriers were non-existent.

26% of respondents in India support McCain while 61% support Obama.

India was the most pro-American country polled. 31% said they are pro-American government while 48% reported being neutral and 7% said they are anti-American government.

I suppose it’s flattering that 73% of a billion people would like to come here, but let’s hope they don’t develop the magical ability to click their heels three times and show up here – suddenly we’d be the country with a billion people.

A couple others for comparison:

France

52% of respondents in France would be interested in moving to America if economic and political barriers were non-existent ?!?]
. 10% of respondents in France support McCain while 75% support Obama.

13% of respondents in France said they are pro-American government while 75% reported being neutral and 11% said they are anti-American government.

Brazil

31% of respondents in Brazil would be interested in moving to America if economic and political barriers were non-existent.

11% of respondents in Brazil support McCain while 78% support Obama.
12% of respondents in Brazil said they are pro-American government while 72% reported being neutral and 15% said they are anti-American government.

the world may get their wish on who they want for our next president.

so is the rest of the world expecting him to make the world a better place for the whole planet?!!

maybe obama wants to be president of the world.
