Tomorrow

#1

Hi,

Last week I asked for prayers because work was bringing me to a psychological crisis.

I am feeling a bit better – I’ve talked to my therapist, we’re working on some things, etc.

But tomorrow I am going to get written up for a) infractions of rules that per the HR director don’t exist and b) an honest mistake in how I left “I will be late” messages. It’s a long story, with which I can bore you via PM if you like, but the main thing is: Please pray for me that I get through this meeting gracefully. I’ve spoken with my shop steward and I will grieve it, because I truly believe it’s unfair. If I thought I deserved it (as I did one other true screwup-related writeup several years ago), I’d accept it and move on, but I know I have to fight this one. And that ain’t gonna be fun either.

But first things first… your prayers for tomorrow are very much appreciated. I’m off to pray the rosary now.

Thanks!

In Christ,

F

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

St. Joseph, holy patron of workers, pray for Francesca Gen. :crossrc:

Hail Mary, full of grace. The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen. :crossrc:
