Tony Blair says world without faith would be a disaster [CNAU]

Tony Blair has told a conference in London that a world without faith would be a disaster, reports the Catholic Herald.

He is right. The world would be a disaster without faith. Without faith many wouldn’t even have a moral values system. Without faith, hospitals never would have been invented and neither would public schools. Catholicism is responsible for both.

Dearly beloved friends,

Cordial greetings and a very good day.

How very true, but how very sad that he did not say this during the years that he was the Prime Minister. In those days he kept silent in case he was thought a religious fanatic and became unpopular with the electorate.

Warmest good wishes,

I always knew I liked him!
