Traditional Monasteries in North America

I’m thinking about going for a retreat at a monastery sometime this spring. I know about the Clear Creek Benedictines, but are there any other men’s traditional communities in North America, especially in Canada?

Thanks,

Jon

How traditional? Trappists of Gethsemini traditional? Camaldolese of California? Norbertines? Or most of the Benedictines?

By ‘traditional’ I am reffering to those communities that use old Mass.

I’ve heard about these monks. Do they accept people for retreats though?

I am not sure. You can contact them though to ask.

Thanks

Anyone else?

This seems to list some approved traditionalist missions, orders, monasteries, etc.

Does anyone know how the construction of the Clear Creek Monastery is coming?
