U.N. scheme to make Christians criminals
Sharia-following Islamic nations demanding anti-‘defamation’ law

Dozens of nations dominated by Islam are pressing the United Nations to adopt an anti-“defamation” plan that would make Christians criminals under international law, according to a United States organization that has launched a campaign to defend freedom of religion worldwide.

“Around the world, Christians are being increasingly targeted, and even persecuted, for their religious beliefs. Now, one of the largest organizations in the United Nations is pushing to make a bad situation even worse by promoting anti-Christian bigotry,” the American Center for Law & Justice said yesterday in announcing its petition drive.

Just because we are Christians, does not mean we have to be doormats for the Secularists and dhimmis for the Musliims. Time to stand up for ourselves.

How long until the link of that article is attacked? Maybe two posts after this one.:mad:

Can we kick the UN out, or at least withdraw?

WND is an, um, interesting news source. There is no reason to dismiss the article because it came from WND, but there is good reason to be skeptical of the WND claims. They do seem to have an anti-Muslim agenda.

The article seems to be based on an announcement from the American Center for Law and Justice, but the WND link to the announcement simply goes to the ACLJ homepage. I didn’t find the announcement, and it is hard to evaluate the story (and its unbelievable claim that the anti-defamation resolution would turn Christians into criminals) without more information. Does anyone have a link to the ACLJ announcement?

Even if it has such an agenda, doesn’t make it false.

Yeah, it looks like wishful thinking, both on the part of WND, and on the Islamic radicals who would like the UN to accept it.

The UN is not going to outlaw Christianity, and the WND is not going to become a responsible journalistic organization…

The article contains very little substance if any. They state almost nothing of the content only comments on the content of the proposition.
