U.S. Marathon Runner JOSH COX talks about faith, hope, and how Christ's love changed his personal & athletic life

For those of you who don’t know U.S. Olympic Marathoner JOSH COX - it’s time to find out. He is a brilliant, gorgeous, faithful, and charitable athlete - arguably one of the top 10 American marathon runners over the last decade - and a deeply religious and faithful Christian.

He went on a tragic and yet healing journey from 2005-2006 that began when his Dad, whom he had previously had a tumultuous relationship with - was diagnosed with cancer. Although this journey almost ended his running career and eventually led to his father passing away - it also enabled the father and son to heal their relationship and as Josh says “Christ allowed us to restore our relationship and love each other on this side of eternity - and for that i am eternally thankful”.

Here all about this experience and about Josh’s plan to run the U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials on this Sunday, November 3rd in NYC - in honor of both of his Fathers: His Heavenly Father and his recently deceased Earthly Father - in a new interview he gave with an online running publication called TheFinalSprint.com.

It is an incredible audio interview and DEF worth a listen for every parent, child, athlete and just about anyone who wants to hear an inspiring & touching true story of how a tragedy turned into a miracle through Christ’s love. You can listen to it here:

Enjoy the interview and God Bless!
