urgent prayers needed

Hi,

I am in urgent need of your prayers. I cannot deal with my situation right now. I am crying and depressed. I don’t even know what to pray for anymore. I feel estranged from my husband and my eldest has major issues with her ADHD. She gets violent with me when I try to talk to her to calm down. She threw a shoe at me and it escalated from there. I am anxious and cannot live here anymore. I cannot take anymore abuse. Why would God let me suffer this I don’t know. I have asked for help but my husband says that I go about it all wrong and it is my fault. I am hurt…I cannot bear it much longer. I feel awful and want to leave. Please help…please pray for peace and for healing. I cannot be a soul victim, it is not right to have to put up with this. She refuses to take medication/or counselling/therapy. I am willing to do what it takes to get professional help and healing from the Church of which neither she complies to do unless her father says so. He keeps saying that I need help not her. I am so confused and hurt. How can he treat me this way. I give in and I don’t talk to any of them but that just makes the tension in the home worse. I can forgive and let go but this time I am truly troubled and afraid. I want to leave but divorce is not an option. Please help me, pray for me and my family. Thank you.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Hail Mary full of grace The Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary mother of God,pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death , amen.

The amino acids 5htp or Tryptophane, nutritional supplements, have been very successful with ADHD people, as well as their families who have had to endure their behaviors. Low serotonin can be an entire family phenomenon and these amino acids can fill the low reservoir which has led to this conflict.

Read The Mood Cure by Julia Ross and take the short quizzes. Read the necessary chapters.

I know how tired and easily triggered a mother can get after years of being challenged at every turn without support. Over time you become the bad guy–the weary bad guy–who actually becomes a new problem in the family. Now the ADHD child begins to feel abused and unloved by said parent and continues to act out more. Counseling can help as well as nutritional support so your nerves can calm down and you can avoid reacting to her sick behaviors (feeding those behaviors actually).

Pray for good help and change in this seemingly downward spiral. Try to increase health, get rest, step back and see that this is a problem that you don’t need to attach to and engage with; it is a problem that your daughter will take with her wherever she goes and she needs to learn how to manage. Get quiet and learn more about ADHD. Avoid getting stuck in guilt. You didn’t know; your daughter did not come with an instruction manual.

Get yourself to a place where you can truly help her. Pull away so she can’t use and blame you. And remember to actively love her. Not aid and abet her but love her. Stay firm and strong.

God bless you and help you find the peace and the strength.

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen

May the Lord hear our prayers and heal all families and bring them closer to our Lord Jesus Christ. Mother Mary, please intercede for all families here on earth.

Lord, wash all broken families in your precious blood and remove all negative feelings they have for each other and fill them with your constant love.

Lord, take away from them all bitterness, anger and the desire to hurt each other. May they grown strong in your love.

Lord we pray for all those who are struggling with sickness, financial problems, and other sufferings. Lord, be merciful to them and help them in their needs.

Lord, we pray that all families may give the first place to Jesus in their hearts and thus become your witnesses.

Lord, give us real sorrow for all our sins and give us the strength to live a virtuous life and to always glorify you. Amen.

Prayers for your intentions.

Peace and All Good!

A NOVENA TO ST. DOMINIC
O renowned champion of the faith of Christ,
most holy saint Dominic, who didst renounce the honour and dignity
of an earthly principality to embrace the poor,
laborious, and mortified life
which should distinguish a disciple of Him Who has said:
“If any man will come after Me,
let him take up his cross and follow Me.”
O burning torch,
who being thyself consumed with the fire of divine love,
didst incessantly labour
to enkindle that sacred flame in the hearts of others,
look down upon me from that throne of glory
where thou enjoyest the reward of all thy labours,
and obtain that some sparks of that blessed fire
may be lighted in my soul,
to animate and encourage me under any crosses or trials
with which it shall please the divine goodness to visit me.
Thou, O great Saint,
regardest as nothing all the afflictions thou didst endure,
and all the toils thou didst undergo for the promotion of God’s holy cause;
obtain, I beseech Thee, that the same
ardent love which strengthened thee,
may make sweet to me labours, humiliations, disgraces,
or whatever other mortifications
I may have to suffer for the Name of Jesus.
May I ever bear in mind that nothing can happen to me
but by the particular dispensation of a God
Who is infinitely wise,
and therefore knows what is best for my welfare; infinitely powerful,
and consequently able to effect it;
and above all,
infinitely merciful and loving,
Who has laid down His life for my redemption,
and continues daily to give new proofs of His love and bounty.
O tender Father of the poor who,
when all other resources were exhausted,
didst offer thyself for their relief,
obtain for me that true spirit of compassion for the suffering members of Jesus Christ,
which shone forth so conspicuously in thy holy life.
May I, by charity to those whom Jesus so dearly loves,
lay up for myself treasures in heaven,
where thou now enjoyest that which the eye hath not seen,
nor the ear heard,
nor the heart of man conceived,
but which God has prepared for those who love Him,
and who prove themselves His Disciples
by the observance of His Divine precept - love one another.
I praise and thank God for the high degree of sanctity
to which He had raised thee,
and the special privileges
by which He has distinguished thee.
I conjure thee,
by that gratitude with which thou shalt for all eternity
be penetrated for thy Divine Benefactor,
implore for me the grace to root out of my heart
whatever is not agreeable in His sight, especially that evil habit
by which I most frequently offend Him.
Obtain likewise the favours I request in this Novena,
through thy powerful intercession.

for humble maid, her family & intentions

O glorious Mother of God,
Queen of the most sacred Rosary,
thou who didst love Dominic with the affection of a mother,
and were most tenderly loved and honoured by him,
look upon me, for his sake, with an eye of pity,
deign to join with him in presenting these petitions
to thy most Blessed Jesus.
I sincerely desire from this moment
to love Him with all my heart,
and serve Him with all my strength,
and now place myself under thy powerful protection,
as a sure means of obtaining all the graces necessary
to serve Him faithfully here,
that I may eternally rejoice with Him hereafter. Amen.

Novena Prayer to St Rita of Cascia

O Holy Patroness of those in need, St. Rita, whose pleadings before thy Divine Lord are almost irresistible, who for thy lavishness in granting favors hast been called the advocate of the hopeless and even of the impossible; St. Rita so humble, so pure, so mortified, so patient and of such compassionate love for thy Crucified Jesus that thou couldst obtain from him whatsoever thou askest, on account of which all confidently have recourse to thee, expecting, if not always relief, at least comfort; be propitious to our petition, showing thy power with God on behalf of the suppliant; be lavish to us as thou hast been in so many wonderful cases, for the greater glory of God, for the spreading of thine own devotion, and for the consolation of those who trust in thee.

We promise, if our petition is granted, to glorify, thee by making known thy favor, to bless and sing thy praises forever. Relying upon thy merits and power before the Sacred Heart of Jesus,

for humble maid, her family & intentions

Obtain for us our request by the singular merits of thy childhood,

By thy perfect union with the Divine Will,

By the heroic sufferings during thy married life,

By the consolation thou didst experience at the conversion of thy husband,

By the sacrifice of thy children rather than see them grievously offend God,

By thy miraculous entrance into the convent,

By thy severe penances and thrice daily bloody scourgings,

By the suffering caused by the wound thou didst receive from the thorn of thy crucified Savior,

By the divine love which consumed thy heart,

By that remarkable devotion to the Blessed Sacrament, on which alone thou didst exist for four years,

By the happiness with which thou didst part from thy trials to join thy Divine Spouse,

By the perfect example thou gavest to people of every state of life.

Pray for us, O holy St. Rita, that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

Hail Mary,
Full of grace,

Blessed art Thou amoungst women,
And blessed is the fruit of Thy womb,
Jesus.

Pray for us sinners,
Now and at the hour of death,
Amen

Heavenly Father,

please come to this womans aid during this difficult time.

Do not lose hope. God never gives us more than what we can handle. My prayers go out to you and your family…

Amen.

I’m praying for you and your family, may he grant peace and healing for you all.

Jesus, I trust in you!
