Use of the word divine

Yesterday or the day before I was watching an EWTN special on Our Lady of Fatima, and the narrator at one point referred to Mary as having “divine love.” Since Mary is not actually divine isn’t what the narrator saying incorrect?

In all fairness, I do not believe the narrator was referring to Mary exhibiting something a divine person would do, but that she offers the divine love of her Son, our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Hi Cody,

All true love of God is of divine origin, as we cannot even conceive a good thought without God’s grace. You can have divine love as well!
