Va. Tech gunman’s mental health records found

It was tragic that the massacre happened. What makes it more so is that it may have been preventable if only someone other than Miller knew just how unstable Cho was before he went on his rampage. How awful. How tragic. I cannot imagine what the families of the victims are going through right now in learning about this, God help them.

As a parent of a NIU student when their shooting took place, I don’t know how authorities can prevent these things from happening. The people attending universities are adults and as such have more privacy laws regarding their backgrounds than a minor would have.

All we can do is pray that this is not repeated. The NIU president and his administration did an incredible job responding to their emergency because they acted and developed a plan in light of the tragedy at Virginia Tech.
May these families be strengthened by the love of Christ and these universities and their students protected from future attacks.
