What are you favourite sci-fi movies?

What are your favourite sci-fi movies, past and present, low budget or blockbuster? also do you have any favourite sci-movie TV channels?

Starwars (any of 'em/ all of 'em)

The Matrix minus the sexually explicit scenes.
The Return of the Jedi.

Dune was so bad that it was good, but my favorite is the old War of the Worlds. Them, The Thing from Another World, The Deadly Mantis, The Giant Behemoth, Robinson Crusoe on Mars, Godzilla, King of the Monsters, and The Mysterians are also some of my favorites. Cloverfield was good.

Dune is a favorite of mine too but which one - with or without Sting? I prefer the one without.

Actually, I liked the one with Sting. Like I said, it was so bad it was good.

Perhaps it’s because of my education in film production but I was drawn to the other by the renaisance styled sets and costumes.

As for other films:

Star Wars
Event Horizon

Alien, by a mile.

Come to think of it, I don’t think I’ve seen the new Dune. Was it a Syfy miniseries or is there a new movie?

I have many sci-fi movies on the net live but there many few are my favorite because they had
lot of scene that i love to much …

Blade Runner (1982)
A Space Odyssey (1968)
