Please, what does “perpetuum” means when added by Saint Pio X to the plenary indulgence already given to the Monfort’s method of consecration?
It means “forever”, but in the late 1960s the Church abolished the old indulgences and set forth a new Manual of Indulgences which has been updated several times.

Based on the Manual, I don’t think there is any plenary indulgence for Marian consecration any more.
