What Does the Catholic Church Say About Modesty?

Hello. I attend a Catholic high school and I’ve noticed many of the female students altering their uniforms by rolling up the sleeves and skirts. Also, they show a lot of skin during ‘dress-down days’. Are Catholic girls required to cover their shoulders and thighs? I’ve heard the Bible has mentioned the thigh as ‘nakedness.’ Should they also wear shirts with high necklines and skirts that reach below the knees? I would also like to know if girls should wear one-piece swim suits during swimming. Thank you.
