I probably should have said something, but I was nervous and it all went so quickly. I went to a Latin Mass, and went to confession before Mass (my first confession at this Latin Mass which is said twice monthly at my parish). The priest has a thick accent, French, I think – I’m in the US – and when he gave me my penance, all I understood was something like recite Miserico… Blessed Virgin. He gave me my absolution in Latin. Now I don’t know what I’m supposed to do. Does anyone know what he might have been telling me?
