What if you forget a sin during a general confession?

I made a general confession of all the sins of my life about a year ago. I did my best and I think I said “and anything else I do not remember.” Since then I do remember something that might be serious. Do I need to bring it up, or just trust completely in God’s mercy?

Just mention it at your next confession and explain that you forgot to confess it. In the meantime, don’t worry about it. It was already forgiven.
