What is the order "Father, Son, and Holy spirit" based upon?

Why is the order “father, Son, and Holy Spirit” as opposed to Father, Holy Spirit and son? What is the order based on, since it’s not chronologically according to history/scripture, shouldn’t son be last?
Thank you.

The Father is unbegotten.
The Son is begotten of the Father.
The Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son.
