What is the protocol for live-in housekeepers in a rectory?

What, if any, are the general rules for a live-in female housekeeper living in the rectory, who is not a relative of the residents?

I’m surprised to hear that there are still housekeepers who live in rectories. In any case, the only major protocol I can think of is that the live-in housekeeper should have her own room, and preferably her own bathroom.
