What other explanaition can I give to a person who doesn't believe in the Communion of Saints?

What other explanaition can I give to a person who doesn’t believe in the Communion of Saints when I already tell them that we do not pray to dead people; we ask the saints in Heaven to pray for us; the saints are living, not dead; we are not separated from the Mystical Body of Christ after death (along with scripture verses that correlates with it); and Revelation 5:6-8 and 8:3-4?
