When can I post again?

I was wondering how come since I am a newbie ,and a made a few posts I get a pop up saying I have to wait 22 hours again to post?

I believe there may be a post limit as a newbie.

What is it about the pop up that fails to answer your question?

I think that the limit is to prevent a new troll account from making lots of posts.
