When did Romans stop crucifixions?

And were there any other cultures that crucified people? If so, when did they stop?

I think the Romans stopped crucifying people because their empire fell apart. I haven’t heard of any other culture having crucifixions.

Constantine did it out of respect for the crucifixion of Our Lord in 337 A.D. – one of his last acts.

The Japanese crucified Christians in the 17th century. Don’t know when they quit, but obviously they’re not doing it now.
