I'm back from my college hiatus!
I've been starting to play Civilization 6 since I got my hands on it last week, and it has kept me all night. Amazing game. :D The AI has problems since it's just a new release, but that would be easily fixed with a patch.
By the way, I've stumbled upon something related to Rise of the Tomb Raider, the new Lara Croft game. It's about the enemies of Lara in the game, and it got me intrigued and worried at the same time...
Spoilers beware though:
If you want to immediately jump to their description (again, spoiler warning):
The Order of Trinity is a mysterious and ancient organization that Lara Croft has come into conflict with. They seek to acquire mythical relics of supernatural power, and to eradicate all traces of any civilizations that once made use of those relics, viewing them as blasphemers and heretics. Trinity is known to have existed at least as early as 978 AD, and may be even older. It was associated with the Roman Catholic Church, as one of its senior leaders at the time was also a Catholic Bishop. This association appears to have persisted into the modern day; a mercenary hired by Trinity for the Kitezh operation was able to trace the source of the organization's funding directly to the Vatican.
That means I might consider not getting the game though. I was really looking forward to going deep into the story and mechanics of it, since it involves medieval Russia, Eastern Christianity and ancient language deciphering. But with this..... I guess it's best that I'm spoiled by it...
