Why fundamentalism will fail

In some respects, being Catholic is being a fundamentalist. Our very beliefs are that we are the one and only church. Yet, we live and let live. We don’t MAKE people follow us, rater we are to invite people to learn about Jesus through our example.

I find fault with the article in that he believes that fundamental beliefs will fail. I think that our religion has been around for over 2,000 years, and it will live.

Wish I was able to copy and paste the examples where this guy really strained to make the facts fit his thesis. Suffice it to say that if this fellow thinks faithfulness to the teachings of the Church can be equated with devotion to the Latin Mass, all he’s doing is expressing his disdain for both.

Just your garden-variety relativist.

He didn’t thash the Catholic Church as much as I thought he would.
