Why is Christmas More Celebrated than Easter?

I came across this news clip from Australia in line (but more seriously however) with what we are discussing here about Easter.

As the Archbishop of York (England), John Sentamu, reportedly said in a sermon, it was disappointing to realize that many children thought Easter was a holiday to celebrate the Easter bunny’s birthday.

i already had my wife agree that we won’t teach our kids about secular practices during religious holidays

so no Santa Claus and Easter Bunnies for our kids

i bet other parents will hate me when my kid breaks it to their kids that Santa Claus is not real

after all the fasting and abstinence, a slice of bacon on Easter actually feels like Christmas dinner for me
