Why is this forum so dead of late

Just wondering.

Why has the forum gone all quiet recently.

The great apostasy has happened.

But seriously, where is everyone!!

Paris, did you invite everyone round to celebrate?

I’m here, though fairly new, I’m not silent and I have lots to say and share about the Faith.

I have been doing my share, but my posts will be down the next couple of weeks due to being out of town alot.

Checking Big Boards, the average number of posts per week has been down be a couple of thousand the past number of weeks. Probably just a slow period.

Hi magicsilence,

I am new here. Still reading the forums, various books and thinking/absorbing all the knowledge I have acquired. Right nowthere are no questions or arguments. :stuck_out_tongue:

I’ve been reading more than posting lately. But I’m still here!

Because Walt Oliver and other moderators are not behaving moderately and are constantly banning/suspending intelligent moderate posters like Father Ambrose, amarischuk or Skotnicki. I suppose this post will disappear soon though and I will be banned as well.

Meanwhile contemplative and other homophobes are permitted to post away.

sigh

Maybe the Rapture happened and we got left behind? :stuck_out_tongue:

I have seen this in other forums. Around this time of year it seems that people are so busy. With me, I haven’t been posting as much lately because I am going through some personal stuff and don’t feel much like posting. Although it probably would be the best thing for me while I am in this mode but it’s easier said than done.

Perhaps we should go to the Water Cooler and have a funeral/Irish Wake for the Apologetics forum, being as it’s dead…

Your name is magicSILENCE, YOU CAUSED IT!

no, its quiet now because it just goes through cycles of busy and not so busy, right now people are busy with work/school, but when the Christmas break time rolls around a lot of people will flock to here and a new bunch will get hooked.

Also the radio show didnt used to advertise about these forums like it now has, that should help.

Do i get a moderator point for getting you to post on my thread?

Hee hee.

Yes the rapture has occurred, no more protestants to ask questions.

I’m loving the fact this thread seems to have woken a few people up.

IN Christ.

Andre.
