Why was Elihu never rebuked by God in Job?

Hello friends,

Why wasn’t Elihu (who makes his appearance in ch. 32) rebuked by God along with Job and his three friends? I feel like we often times overlook Elihu’s appearance, even failing to notice it. Although he is given one of the most important discourses in the Book.

What do you think?

Firstly we ascertain there is a thing (a rebuke)
Then we can know or imagine why there is a rebuke,

If there is not a thing (a rebuke) it is hard to know or imagine why there is no rebuke.
